How will IEBC commissioners be impartial if they will be safeguarding party interest? Kenya needs impartial and people of integrity to safeguard their interest devoid of party loyalist. Cabinet secretaries should come from Parliament and answerable to the same while nominated members should remain at 12 representing special groups only. Constituencies should be reduced but more funded according to population like county government

If the BBI will go according to Kuria, then will have accommodated all, also it tells Kenyans that the pm.will not have powers simple bcoz he will be elected by the parliament, that shows he will be under the control of the president,by so this position will fit baba, but will the parliament vote for him if he will have no majority members of parliament. He will have to remain as opposition leader official with pay,not like the Chungwa constitution of his.
