Do people remain human beings after joining police force? Do they think like humans? what happens really?

the govt should deal ruthlessly with this killer cops otherwise it seems police have two different scripts, one for public relations as good cops and another sinister I don't know what for.

what's the government doing to retrain these officers. they're no longer protecting life and properties but instead they are the ones destroying

The police was not under attack. They were talking and if he can shoot what kind of a leader is he how can he brief his juniors. Has u move up the ladder learn how to solve problems but if u are unteachable then the promotion system is faulty.
