Since their multipurpose seat went viral on video posted online, Stephen Odhiambo and Dennis Otieno who are carpenters operating on Ngong’ Road, Nairobi, have gained public attention which have made then meet some senior most members of the Nation.
The seat accommodates three persons but when extended takes up to six people facing each other complete with a table.
since the video went viral last, the innovative artisan have been receiving overwhelming orders for the seat.
On Friday last week, Deputy president William Ruto met the two artisans at his Karen office where the innovation invoked his interest and so he made a few orders of his own. View pictures in App save up to 80% data.
The duo initially suggested Ksh.50,000 per seat but DP Ruto eventually agrees to buy five of them at a total cost of Ksh.150,000; hence Ksh.30,000.
The DP was thrilled by their cutting edge skills and efforts of the young innovative Kenyan artisans. He even prayed for them wishing them success in their endeavors.

This was a good gesture from the hustler to promote fellow hustlers. Kudos Dr. Ruto continue with the good heart.
