MP Babu Owino Visits Starehe MP Jaguar Who is in Police Custody (Photos)

Starehe Member of Parliament Charles Njagua was today apprehended for inciting youths.

In an interview with Milele FM, Mr. Paul Ndolo, Nairobi Police Boss revealed that the lawmaker was arrested for inciting youths to occupy shops in a particular building suited in Nairobi on Saturday, 27 June. 

He has once arrested for issuing incitement remarks.

In July 2019, Honourable "Jaguar" was nabbed for inciting Kenyans to harass Foreigners residing in the country. He was bailed out after denying charges.

Following the fire that broke out at Gikomba market, the lawmaker pointed fingers at the government by alluding that, it should be blamed for the inferno that left many traders counting losses. This is after a group of National Youth Service recruits were sent to bring down stall that had been reconstructed by affected traders.

Taking to Twitter, he expressed his sadness over the demolition of reconstructed stalls. He even ordered the National and Youth Service recruits to stop the exercise but with no success.

Photos of Embakasi East Member of Parliament Babu Owino, Senator Cherargwi and George and Jaguar have surfaced online. Reports have it that they had visited the Starehe Member of Parliament who is in police custody. 

He is expected to appear before court to face incitement charges.
