With time running out, the BBI team was scheduled to hand President Uhuru Kenyatta and Raila Odinga the final BBI draft.

It was earlier reported that the team that was chaired by Senator Yusuf Haji had not agreed on some sections of change.

However, according to reports by the Standard, the BBI team has finally agreed on all the recommendations and will hand over the document to President Uhuru Kenyatta on Tuesday.

TangaTanga wing allied to the Deputy President William Ruto sees the BBI as an opportunity by the so-called 'dynasties' to block Ruto's Presidential bid come 2022.

President Uhuru Kenyatta, however, indicated that he is not interested in using constitution reforms to extend his term in office past 2022.
