According to Daily Mail Online, Defence minister Taro Kono on Thursday revealed that the country had developed some concern about the health of the North Korea dictator after going missing for over 3 weeks. Mr. Kono also claimed that Kim's disappearance might be because he was "trying not to get infected" by the virus which was circulating in the country.

Although Kim made an appearance during the ribbon-cutting ceremony, there are some allegations that the dictator may have used a body double during the ceremony.
