I never knew my Range Rover’s number plate was fake – Nana Aba Anamoah
The acting General Manager for GHOne TV says she personally reported to the police when controversies regarding the number plate on her Range Rover gift were brought to her attention.
Nana Aba Anamoah said she had no knowledge of the number plate on the vehicle was registered by another car until the storm on social media began.
Speaking in an interview with JOY FM, Nana Aba said she did not know the number plate of the car or whatsoever until she saw the controversies on social media.
According to her, the joy she experienced in seeing the car was so much that she did not notice the number plate.
Anamoah said it was the hullabaloo about the number plate on social media that drew her attention to it.
During the show, she continued her narration that she asked the person who gifted her the car and he also expressed shock about the number plat, saying that “ the car is not registered, I got the car from a garage and I ask that the car should be delivered to you, the documents are there, it’s not been registered so where from the number plate?”.
The mother of one, however, lauded the actions of the DVLA, saying that she is happy they used her to educate the masses that it is wrong to drive cars without the appropriate registration.
Nana Aba Anamoah has been in the news for the past few days after a Range Rover she received as a gift on her 42nd birthday was regarded by some people on social media as fake siting the number plate as the reason.
