From New voter's register petition at the supreme Court where they lose, to a false statement by their Secretary general,Asiedu Nketia on Supreme Court's verdict to the story of a military deployment in the Volta region just to intimidate the natives of the land. The NDC is just spreading news that would not contribute to their victory in the 2020 general elections.

The NDC has become unpopular among Ghanaians due to their corrupt leadership style, failed promises and many others but yet still they are still spreading propaganda.

Here are four proves that shows the NDC has become unpopular among Ghanaians.

Mahama's Airbus scandal and corrupt NDC government officials.

John Dramani Mahama was recently exposed for being involved in an Airbus bribery while he was a sitting president. The news of his Airbus scandal did not just spread in Ghana. It went beyond the boarders of Ghana and was even reported by the western world. Also some government officials appointed by John Dramani Mahama were also involved in corrupt acts and are receiving trial, example is the former SSNIT boss and former COCOBOD boss.

Ghanaians lamented over such a corrupt government and asked President Nana Akufo-Addo to help curb corruption among government officials and President Nana Akufo -Addo delivered his promise by appointing a prosecutor from NDC, Martin Ahmedu to deal with corrupt government officials.

When John Dramani Mahama and the NDC was in office, Ghana faced a serious power crisis. Ghanaians lamented and pleaded the government to solve the issue of power crisis but nothing was done about it.

President Nana Akufo-Addo included the solving of Ghana's power crisis in his manifesto and when he came into power, he delivered his promise. Ghana is no longer suffering from Dumsor. Students and pupils can now learn at night. Factories can now produce very much well without worrying about the unavailability of power, businesses can now go on well because of the availability of power.

Bad economy

The economy of Ghana was in a bad shape when NDC was in office. Economical growth was very slow and businesses were in bad shape. One of Ghana's finest economist, Dr Bawumia who is also the vice president of Ghana is helping boost Ghana's economy even in the midst of this Covid-19 pandemic. President Akufo-Addo and his vice has launched a loan with very low interest to help support small scale businesses and big scale businesses to help economical growth.

Collapsing of nursing allowance and NHIS

The NDC took away the nursing allowance of nurses in training college. They also could not post a lot of nurses during their term of office, leaving a lot of nurses Jobless. When the NPP government came, they have posted all nurses who were not posted by the NDC and has restored the allowances of nursing trainees.

The National Health Insurance Scheme which was initiated by Former President, John Agyekum Kuffor was collapsed by the NDC when the came into power but President Nana Akufo-Addo has restored the glory of the NHIS back again.
