Court orders the arrest of 14-year-old for stealing GH¢99,000

A Circuit Court in Accra has requested the capture of a 14-year-old student for purportedly taking different monetary standards, a cedi likeness GH¢99,000.00 from her received mother at Mantey Tsuru, a suburb of Accra.  View pictures in App save up to 80% data.

The minor (name retained) was missing in court when the issue was called, subsequently, a seat warrant was given for his capture. He is said to have slipped off to his town after he was conceded bail. Police said the adolescent guilty party expressed that he gave the monies to Michael Agroh, a 25-year-old cleaner to open a versatile cash shop and furthermore gave a portion of the cash to his 11-year-old schoolmate. 

His accessory, Agroh, who was accused of untrustworthy getting cash has argued not blameworthy. The court managed by Mrs. Afia Owusuaa Appiah conceded Agroh to bail in the entirety of GH¢20, 000 with two guarantees, one to be defended. 

Agroh is relied upon to return on July 30. 

Arraigning, Chief Inspector William K. Boateng said the complainant, Margaret Ampah, is a government employee living at Martey Tsuru in Accra with the Juvenile guilty party. Boss Inspector Boateng said Agroh lives inverse the complainant's home and fills in as a cleaner for the complainant's better half. The arraignment said the complainant kept the different whole of monies in her voyaging pack in a wardrobe. He said on April 2, 2019, the complainant identified her voyaging pack containing $7,500, 2,000 Euros, 1,500 Pounds real, 300,000 CFA, 10,000 Naira all totaling GH¢99,000.00 was absent from her voyaging sack kept in the wardrobe. 

The arraignment said subsequent to facing the adolescent guilty party, he conceded taking the monies from the voyaging pack and expressed that he had given the monies to Agroh to open a cell phone shop and part to his 11-year-old schoolmate who is an observer for the situation.  He said when Agroh was captured he conceded in his forewarned explanation accepting different remote cash from the adolescent wrongdoer indeed: $ 412, 200 Euros, 250-pound real (GH¢9, 025). Boss Inspector Boateng said the Police recovered GH¢4,000.00 from Agroh. 

The Police additionally recovered from the adolescent guilty party a wristwatch, cell phone, and little group of some outside monetary standards.
