Amazingly with the way South Korean ladies love wearing baggy clothes you'll feel the rape cases there is on the low,but that is absolutely not true.

"Sexual crimes occur in South Korea at an average rate of 3.4 per hour and 80.4 per day, a Statistics Korea report calculated.Date rape reports in particular were found to have increased by a rate of over 10% per year since 2015. The percentage of men among workers who receive childcare leave increased by over ten times in a 10-year period, but disparities by workplace scale remained.A report titled “South Korean Societal Trends 2018” published by Statistics Korea on Dec. 13 calculated a total of 29,357 sexual crimes reported in 2016, including rape, indecent assault, and illegal filming. The number translated into 56.8 incidents per 100,000 people, occurring at a rate of 80.4 per day and 3.4 per hour. Sexual crime reports increased steadily through 2015 before entering a decline in 2016."

Koreans are known to be fashionable as we have seen in most of their movies and the fact that you watch their movies and also their fashion shows and notice they hardly if ever open their cleavage or private parts to the public.

This is a good development , and seeing as they are on the slimmer side they tend to show of their legs by wearing short things which is greatly accepted by Koreans.

some of their rules are written below:-

You Don't put minimal effort into your outfit, even if you are just running to the GS Mart for a banana milk. If you go out wearing sweat pants or a sloppy outfit Koreans will think that you have just about given up on life. DO take the extra time to put on something nice.

For girls, don’t wear low cut shirts or expose your shoulders. This is considered very provocative. The cardigan is your new best friend! However, feel free to wear short skirts, dresses, and shorts. Showing off your legs is not considered lewd. But you might want to be wary of how short your bottoms are, especially if you may be going to a traditional restaurant. For guys, don’t take off your shirt in public and try to dress nice.–It’s okay to care about your appearance here! In fact, you’ll see mirrors placed randomly around, like in elevators and even the cafeteria! Korean students (yes girls AND guys) will generally be found primping their look in front of these mirrors.

Most of you who think how you dress will stop you from getting raped should shun that mentality ,after all we have lots of Pedophiles roaming the streets, how many babies dress sensually to elicit rape?

Take India for example, with all the covering their saree offers they get raped more than any other country ,isn't that pathetic?.

So if you say Nigerian ladies should dress like the Koreans and not exposing much flesh, will that stop them from getting raped?

Think about it .
